As an innovative entity in the labelling and printing industry, we're frequently asked if our label materials qualify as "Vegan Friendly" and "Cruelty-Free"...
We at Paramount Labels do not use derivatives originated from animals in the manufacturing process of self-adhesive materials, neither as a raw material nor as an additive.
To our knowledge, derivatives originated from animals are not used when raw materials are developed from our supplier Herma GmbH.
However we do not have detailed information about all additives which are used by all our suppliers. Therefore additives or process aids based animal extracts further up the supply chain cannot totally be excluded.
Furthermore, Herma GmbH does not use genetically modified organisms (GMO) in the manufacturing process of self-adhesive laminates neither as a raw material nor as an additive.
Animal experiments are not carried out by Paramount Labels or Herma GmbH in any of the research and development work of our products.
To our knowledge, animal experiments are not run at suppliers either when developing raw materials for Herma GmbH.
