New And Improved High Speed Converting:

In the last 12 months at Paramount Labels, we've seen exponential growth whilst staying up-to-date with trends and demands to keep us at the forefront of label manufacturing.

To round off 2021, we are finishing our year and labels with the installation of another addition to our HQ.

Again, we teamed up with Bar Graphic Machinery for their 'BGM 370 eDSR with web advance High Speed Die Cutting Rewinder' to make the process label manufacturing simpler.

What Can It Do?

• With rewinding and die cutting speeds of up to 250 metres per minute, it's the fastest machine in its class on the market.
• A robust easy load die-cut station accommodates most tooling, so we can utilise existing dies and minimise cutting costs.
• What makes this machine special is it's capability of running tiny 12.7mm cores – BGM say this is not achievable by any other manufacturer.

Now with our four in-house high inspection rewinders, we're able to reduce production costs and time, converting raw materials into rolls of bespoke labels even faster than ever.
